Onroute started in 2016, scheduling EV chargepoint installations when most people still thought electric cars were a fad. Since then, we’ve run the operations behind installation businesses of every size — from one van to nationwide fleets — and learned, job by job, what this industry actually needs.
Now, as Onroute Intelligence Inc, we’ve rebuilt everything we know into one field service management platform: the Installer OS. Same obsession with our customers and their engineers. A much bigger ambition.
Three things we won’t budge on
Installers first
Software for people who fit chargers, panels and fuse boards for a living — not for people who read release notes. If it doesn't help on a wet Tuesday in February, it doesn't ship.
Outcomes, not buzzwords
We'd rather show you a coherent day and a finished handover pack than say the word 'platform' one more time.
Do the paperwork properly
Compliance isn't a feature to us — it's the point. The industry runs on trust, and trust runs on evidence.
