Who we are
This website is operated by Onroute Intelligence Inc., a Delaware corporation. We make Onroute Intelligence, field service management software for installation businesses.
Our websites
This policy covers our websites at onroute.io and onrouteintelligence.ai.
It does not cover our signed-in products, the Onroute Intelligence app at app.onroute.io and the customer portal at onr.to. They are separate services that use their own cookies and browser storage, and this policy does not describe them. Ask us about either using the details under 'How to contact us'.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Websites also use other kinds of browser storage, such as local storage, for similar purposes.
Our website sets no cookies. We have no analytics, no advertising pixels, no embedded social media widgets and no third-party scripts. Our fonts are served from our own site, not from a font network. We do not build a profile of visitors and we do not track you across other websites.

Because our website sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, we do not show a cookie banner and we do not ask for consent. If we ever add something that needs your consent, we will ask for it first and update this policy.
What you can do
- You can clear the reading-mode preference at any time by clearing site data for onroute.io or onrouteintelligence.ai in your browser settings. The pages will simply return to your system's light or dark setting.
- You can set your browser to block all storage. Our website will still work.
