First 2 field users free. A seat is only ever payable for a field user: someone who can have jobs or visits assigned to them. Field users who only work jobs shared to them by other organisations are free guests.

Flex is for fleets that split their work across platforms, or rotate who works from month to month: provision every field user free and pay £60 for each one active in the month. Enterprise minimums are agreed on an Order Form.
Onroute Intelligence Tokens
AI actions are metered in Tokens, weighted by how much work the action does. Every account gets 50 free Tokens every month, and paid plans add 50 Tokens per paid field user seat per month (Flex users count in the months they bill; guests and unbilled provisioned users never count). Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. When Tokens run out the AI pauses and the rest of the platform keeps working.
