Fire and security maintenance, job by job
Onroute Intelligence runs fire and security maintenance as jobs. Riser tests, alarm and sprinkler services and false alarm attendances are modules on the job. Log defects in the remedials register, each with a P1–P4 band. Call-outs and planned maintenance are booked against each client’s sites.

Riser inspections and dry riser tests
Every landing valve outlet gets a row, a photo and its own pass or fail. The dry riser annual pressure test result is worked out for you, with the next due dates. The certificate prints your name, logo and the standard tested to. Email it to the site contact from the job.
- Fire & security remedials
- Fire alarm servicing
- Sprinkler service and test
- False alarm (UFAS) attendance
Fire and security modules, on the job
Each inspection is its own module on the job, with its results, defects and sign-off.
Fire & security remedials
A defect register with a P1–P4 band on every defect and target dates for P1 to P3. Link the job’s quote and record the customer’s decision.
Fire alarm servicing
The panel, batteries, zones and signalling to the alarm receiving centre checked on each service, with defects logged.
Sprinkler service and test
Weekly tests to the annual service: valve sets, pumps and defects recorded. An impaired system is flagged on the job.
False alarm (UFAS) attendance
Each unwanted fire signal you attend, with its cause code and the corrective action taken.
Reactive call-outs, banded by response time
Log a call-out against the site and the caller. Give it a P1–P4 band, and the board shows its respond-by time. Anything past its respond-by time shows as overdue.
Features
- A call-out board grouped into open, dispatched and closed
- P1–P4 response bands, with a respond-by time for P1 to P3
- The caller picked from the site’s contacts
- The band, and its respond-by time where it has one, on the job’s sidebar
Planned maintenance, held before it’s booked
The board lists recurring statutory tasks per site, with the last visit and the next due date. Reserve a slot, and the visit is held for a set number of days until you confirm it.
Features
- Held, booked, overdue or due, worked out from the diary
- The board filtered by site
- Provisional holds on the calendar, with the date they lapse
- A planned maintenance card on every site page
Sites, contacts and paperwork for the client
Keep each client’s sites with their access notes and contacts, from the responsible person to the keyholder. Link jobs to a site and a project. Job sheets and certificates go to the client by email from the job.
Features
- Responsible person, keyholder and site contacts on every site
- Projects with stages, linked jobs and their value
- A job sheet PDF with arrival and departure times, work done and photos
- Documents emailed to the site contact and logged on the job
Quotes priced from your own lists
Build a quote on site from your packages, present it full screen and take the customer’s signature there. In the office, import a supplier’s price list from CSV and set your markup. Add its items to a quote in the quote editor.
Features
- Quote on site from your packages, signed by the customer on screen
- Supplier price lists imported from CSV, with your markup
- Supplier items added to a quote at the sell price
