Show what you hold. Before anyone asks.
The Trust Centre keeps one record of your people and your business documents, and you decide what is shown, and to whom. Publish a trust page to share when you bid, give each client, site or job its own link and QR code, and let the engineer show the rest on site.
One record of your people. Matched as you upload.
Add a person with their role and how they're engaged, pick the EAS categories they work in, and upload a certificate or a booking without leaving the flow. The qualification code and award date are read and matched against the accepted list for that category and scope, and an unmatched result says what to supply instead. No reviewer stands between the upload and the result.
Features
- Qualified supervisor, employed person or trainee
- Engaged direct, through an agency, on subcontract or self-employed
- EV charging, solar PV and electric energy storage, for dwellings or other than dwellings
- “Certificate on file, matches the accepted list”, or unmatched with the reason
- Ambiguous results are never guessed
- The qualification number checked against Ofqual's register
- Courses, Experienced Worker Assessments and AM2 show as booked, with the completion date
- Trainees recorded and never counted as a gap
- A summary per category from the first person added: on file, booked, nothing yet
The Electrotechnical Assessment Specification applies to the qualified supervisors and employed persons of a business seeking recognition by a certification or registration body. Its full requirement has four parts: underpinning core competence, BS 7671, initial verification and the category qualification.
Micro wind is held in the record but cannot be selected, as no qualification exists for it.
The accepted list, dated. The gaps, on a deadline.
The accepted list follows the June 2025 Qualifications Guide and the March 2026 amendment. It is versioned and dated, tells current qualifications from older ones that are still accepted, and records whether each can still be obtained. Changes to the published lists are watched automatically and applied only after approval.
Features
- Evidence coverage checked per category, continuously
- A task 60 days before a record's review is due
- Overdue bookings and qualified-supervisor coverage raised as tasks
- A task when a qualification someone relies on is taken off the list
- Credential and insurance expiry, each with a deadline
- Matched under one firm, shown as matched when a second firm adds them, with no re-upload
- The second firm confirms the match; nothing merges silently
- No firm learns who else engages that person
Certificate numbers and documents are seen only by the firm's owners, admins and qualified supervisors, and a person's documents can be erased.
Your business documents. You choose what customers see.
COSHH assessments, asbestos, working at height, RAMS, method statements, your health and safety policy, insurance and any other document, each versioned with an effective date and a review date. Nothing is shown until you switch it on, and a document drops off by itself when its review date passes or a newer version replaces it.
Features
- Version history on every document, which carries an effective date and a review date
- “Show to customers” is off by default and needs a review date before it goes on
- Dropped from the page when its review date passes or a newer version replaces it
- Declared scheme registrations: CPS registration, MCS, TrustMark, OZEV authorised installer
- Public and employers' liability insurance, declared the same way
- Only owners and admins manage the Trust Centre
MCS and the EAS are different things, and the page's “how we check this” note says so.
One trust page to share when you bid. Counts, never names.
Publish your page at its own address on trust.onr.to. A principal contractor, a site manager or a homeowner sees your name and logo, the documents you show and their dates, your credentials as you declare them, and per EAS category how many of your people have a certificate on file that matches the accepted list, and how many are booked, with the completion date. Opening a document takes a link from you.
Features
- Overview, Documents, FAQ and Updates, with one Request access button
- Counts per EAS category; never names, a score, a badge or a total
- Each credential captioned “Declared by the business. Check with the issuing scheme.”
- A link and QR code per client, site or job, for 12 months unless you change it
- Withdraw any link on its own; each logs when and which document, never IP addresses
- A browser remembers a link for 30 days; withdrawing it takes effect at the next request
- Access requests need an email address; name, organisation and purpose are optional
- Grant a request with a link you send yourself, or decline it, from your admin
- Review dates compared every day and each time the page loads
- Your own FAQ and dated Updates; your logo and name are the only brand on the page
Each credential shows as registered with its scheme under your number, linked to the scheme's own register where the scheme publishes one. The page says when the last daily check of review dates ran, and says so if it is late.
A person's name and their own documents never appear on the page. Unpublish it whenever you like; the address stays yours.
On site, from the app. With or without signal.
“Show the customer” in the Onroute Intelligence app lists the documents your business shows, insurance included, and the engineer's own qualifications and documents, full screen and cached for use without signal. Or the engineer shows the QR code and the site contact opens your trust page on their own phone.
Features
- Your shown documents, insurance included, full screen
- The engineer's own qualifications and documents, shown only from their own device
- Cached on the phone, so they open without signal
- The QR code opens your trust page on the site contact's own phone
